1. Product Types We offer two types of products:

• Ready-to-buy products: including ready-made abayas and complementary items.
• Custom designs: crafted according to the customer’s measurements.

2. Order Processing Time & Shipping Options

• Ready-to-buy products: Prepared and shipped within 2–5 days (depending on the shipping company).
• Custom-made products: Processing time is 10–14 business days (excluding shipping days).
• Customers receive a tracking number once the order is shipped.

Shipping & Delivery Policy:

• ALSHARAA provides reliable shipping options to ensure safe delivery and a satisfying experience.
• Within Saudi Arabia: 2–14 days depending on product type.
• Shipping rates to Gulf countries do not include customs fees.
• The store is not responsible for delays if the customer is unreachable or provides incorrect information.
• Policies may change without prior notice.
• Once the order leaves the store, the shipping company assumes responsibility.
• Customers bear shipping costs if an order is not received.
• Cancellation after shipping will incur shipping fees.
