Exchange & Return Policy – ALSHARAA


At ALSHARAA, we strive to provide a premium shopping experience built on trust and transparency. To ensure your satisfaction, please review our exchange and return policy below:


First: General Conditions

  • A valid invoice or order number is required to process any exchange or return.
  • Exchange or return requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Orders are considered confirmed only after payment is completed.
  • Exchange or return requests do not apply to changes in design or color after custom tailoring.


Second: Eligible Cases for Exchange & Return

1. Ready-to-buy products:

  • If the product is damaged or defective.
  • If the received item differs in size, color, or design from what was ordered.

2. Custom-made designs:

  • In case of an error by the store in measurements or design details.
  • If there is a manufacturing defect in stitching or fabric.

Note: ALSHARAA is not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.


Third: Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within the first 5 hours after payment by contacting us via WhatsApp and providing the order number and screenshot.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once production or shipping has started.
  • If cancellation occurs after the order has been handed over to the shipping company, the customer will bear the shipping cost.


Fourth: Return Procedure

  • Contact us via WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving the product, including:
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video of the product
  • Submit the cancellation/return form via email.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition, including packaging and accessories.


Fifth: Important Notes

  • Free shipping costs will be deducted in case of exchange or return.
  • If a promotional gift was included, its value will be deducted if used.
  • Purchases made using vouchers or bank transfers are non-refundable in cash.
  • Payments made via card or transfer will be refunded within 7–12 business days to the same account, after deducting bank fees (2.5%–9%) depending on the payment method.
  • Express shipping is not available during public holidays or official vacations.
  • ALSHARAA reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
  • The store reserves the right to reject any request that does not comply with the above terms.
