1. Can I order an abaya or any product in my own size?
Yes, most of our products are custom-made to ensure the perfect fit and design.
2. Can the size be adjusted if it doesn’t fit?
You can contact us, and if the adjustment is possible, the customer only pays shipping fees; the alteration is free.
3. Can the design or color be modified before ordering?
Minor modifications such as removing a slit or adding a closure can be made, and colors can be changed based on availability. Major design changes are not available.
4. How long does it take to prepare custom orders?
Usually 10 to 14 business days, depending on the product type and complexity.
5. Is there an express order service?
Yes, contact us first | within Riyadh 3–4 days, outside Riyadh 6–7 days, with an additional fee of 175 SAR.
6. Which product are available ready-to-buy?
The abayas collection is available in ready designs, while other products are custom-made.

8. What are the payment and shipping options?
We offer secure online payment and multiple options such as Visa, Mastercard, Mada, Bank Transfer, Apple Pay, STC Pay, and installment via Tamara. and also we offer multiple options for Shipping like: Aramex, SMSA,DHL and RedBox
9. Can I return or exchange products?
Ready-to-buy items can be returned or exchanged. Custom-made items follow the policy of limited modifications only. here: return and exchange policy

We provide detailed washing instructions to maintain the quality and luxury of each piece.
